Jeremy Cutler offers independent confidential psychotherapy in Forest Hill, London SE23.

I am primarily engaged in open-ended work with adult individuals.

Why therapy?

Suffering takes many forms, and there are innumerable reasons why a person may decide to seek psychotherapy. For some, there is an immediate crisis to come to terms with. For others, the priority is finding a space to speak about something which has been carried unheard for too long.

There is not always an obvious or clear motivation as with, for example, an undefinable unease or anxiety, which cannot be grasped or addressed directly. Here, therapy may provide the context for something to emerge - a forgotten connection restored, an unexpected perspective or new understanding.

My psychotherapy training was with the Philadelphia Association (London). Besides this practice-based training, I have a BA in English and an MA in Jungian Studies.
